📌 Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of the company’s sales strategy
  • Acquisition of new clients and development of key accounts
  • Participation in negotiations, preparation of commercial proposals and contracts
  • Market, competitor and pricing analysis
  • Close collaboration with project and technical teams

👤 Our ideal candidate:

  • Understanding of construction processes and project-based sales
  • Strong negotiation skills, including at senior management level
  • Results-driven mindset and structured thinking
  • Fluent Russian; English is mandatory
  • Clear communication skills, confidence, responsibility
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of premium construction projects
