- Development and implementation of the company’s sales strategy
- Acquisition of new clients and development of key accounts
- Participation in negotiations, preparation of commercial proposals and contracts
- Market, competitor and pricing analysis
- Close collaboration with project and technical teams
👤 Our ideal candidate:
- Understanding of construction processes and project-based sales
- Strong negotiation skills, including at senior management level
- Results-driven mindset and structured thinking
- Fluent Russian; English is mandatory
- Clear communication skills, confidence, responsibility
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of premium construction projects
