📌 Responsibilities:
- Leading the architectural scope of projects from concept to completion
- Development of project documentation (Architectural Design, Planning stages)
- Coordination and supervision of consultants and related disciplines
- Integration of all consultants’ inputs into master plans
- Author’s supervision (design supervision during construction)
- Optimisation of architectural solutions in terms of timelines, budget and technical feasibility
👤 Our ideal candidate:
- Degree in Architecture (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an architect, including lead roles
- Portfolio of completed projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit or equivalent software
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment
